Biometric: Personal Identification

In doing good CRM, you need to treat your customers the way they prefer; offer what they might buy through the channels they like when they are likely to buy. To do that you have to identify who exactly they are, by humanized approach it’s hard to identify your customers who are they. Fortunately, each human has got a unique physical identity (i.e. face, fingerprint, iris and retina, and even BODY ODOR!!!) and thanks to Biometric. It helps us in identify person who are they so we can know their names, so we can serve them better as the way they like.

Think of you don’t have to bring member card to store, credit card with signature at the back anymore. Biometric would help us in a much easier life. We don’t need to bring along wallets with tons of cards anymore. All you have to do in front of a book store cashier is just place your finger on the scanner and then you got the discount and accumulating points.
